I think it's from the chapter where Mion and Rena try to inject Keiichi with the syringe filled with strange liquid--which in reality, it's actually a marker.
I would like to say I did good and not so good because this is my first time coloring a manga panel in PS7.
But I like how it came out. Enjoy.

I forgot how much creepier the characters look in the manga than in the anime..... Anyway good job. I like it. :]
